Veterans Legacy Program – Advisor Referral Overview

• Desire to support veterans through philanthropy

Transfer Options

Clients may donate property outright or complete a partial donation (bargain sale), receiving cash for a portion of value and a potential charitable contribution deduction for the remainder, subject to IRS rules.

Compliance & Governance

The charity does not speculate in real estate. All properties are reviewed, approved by the Board, and typically sold at arm’s length with proceeds restricted to veteran programs.
